Excited Fans Hails Wizkid As He Beat Other African Artistes To Bag 3 Huge Awards at AFRIMMA

The eighth edition of the All Africa Music Awards (AFRIMMA) was held recently and it saw Nigerian superstar Wizkid bag three awards. Wizkid beat others to emerge as the artiste of the year. His music, Essence, featuring Tems, won song of the year and best African Collaboration.

The Essence crooner battled with artistes from Nigeria like Davido, Adekunle Gold, Ladipoe, among others to emerge the winner. Artistes from other countries include Taycofficel from Cameroon, Focalistic from South Africa, and many others.
