A video showing a white man proposing plans to wipe out Africans from the surface of the earth has surfaced on social media.

Suggesting how the population in the world can be controlled, the white man whose name is yet to be identified told a panel in a discussion that Africans should be killed. Sharing the video on Twitter by a user identified as @TallDesmond, he wrote

 “We need to kill the Africans, They are worthless and the population is too much, ” he said.
