Nollywood star movie producer cum actor, Saidi Balogun has finally ushered his first son, Jamal, into acting.Worthy of note, Jamal, is the only son the ace movie maker got from another woman before the Ibadan-born cross-over actor met his colleague in the industry, Faithia Williams whom by virtue of conjugal agreement had two children named Khalid and Aliya for the actor.

Jamal’s role as Tobi whose acting prowess and level of role interpretation in the new flick from the stable of his father, titled Funfun, evidence the fact that acting is running in the bloodline of Saidi Balogun.

The movie, which has part one and two has been trending online and recorded over a hundred thousands views within few weeks of release online.

Saidi Balogun as well known in Nigerian movie sector, could be described as a showbiz revolutionist having initiated a lot of innovations into the scene viz: he was the first and only producer to produce two cast movie, all through Ankara movie, shockingly, he also produced a movie where 99% of the cast were white men which he happened to be the only tropical black man on the flick titled “You or I”.

However, with the recent introduction of his first Son, tongues have been wagging suggesting that the ace actor is most likely scheming his retirement from acting bequeathing to his son.
